Sales manager

HES FinTech provides lending software for banks and fintech startups. We transform traditional credit scoring processes into transparent and clear ones by optimizing and automating them.

Our sales team is actively looking for a professional sales manager with 1-3 year of experience in IT (FinTech). If you are fluent in English, highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with excellent communication skills, business savvy, and able to quickly engage with customers and build relationships - welcome on board.

Working Duties:

  • Hot leads processing and accounting;
  • Customer management (emails, calls, negotiation, demoes);

  • Presentation of corporate products and solutions;

  • Preparation of commercial offers, documentation, transaction support.

Requirements:

  • Experience IT sales management;

  • Fluent English;

  • Out-of-the-box thinking;

  • Sales Success Stories;

  • Strong time management skills;

  • Competitive and growth oriented personality.

Advantage to candidates experienced in:

  • FinTech products sales to international financial markets;

  • Banking (Bachelor’s degree) or relevant background;

  • Software development skills.
